Building Removals In/Out

You must inform Guilherme of any removals in or out of the building.

Guilherme can assist to ensure your arrangements run smoothly. Please take care to keep disruption to residents to a minimum. Removals are expected to be carried out primarily using the West door, but if the lift is to be employed, the protective curtains must be used.

Subletting

Subletting your apartment is only permitted with the approval of the Board of Directors at GJWML

The leaseholder and proposed sub tenant must enter into a licence to sublet to ensure compliance with all the relevant tenants’ obligations under the lease.

The pro- forma licence to sublet can be obtained from the managing agents POD.

AirBnb

Renting your property through AirBnB is not permitted.
