Significant Changes

Great Jubilee Wharf was converted into apartments some 25 years ago. It is to be expected that some leaseholders may now want to make some changes.

Any significant building works, major renovation or improvements to apartments require submission of plans and the permission of the Board of Directors. Please contact Guilherme for assistance.

As Great Jubilee Wharf is a listed building, listed building consent for proposed internal alterations and building control approval must be obtained from LB Tower Hamlets.

Remember that essential services such as water, waste and extraction run through the building, the common parts and and your neighbour’s apartments, and should not be compromised by any proposed design. The Board expects proposals to include adequate sound proofing in order for plans to be approved.
