Good Neighbours

Consideration for being a good GJW neighbour, having pets in the building, and getting tenants and residents together each year.

Being Considerate

All residents are expected to be considerate to their neighbours and not to cause a nuisance or annoyance to others with their activities, whether by a noise nuisance or otherwise.

Pets

Pets are permitted at GJW but are the sole responsibility of the resident who must ensure they cause no nuisance or annoyance to neighbours.

Dogs should be walked in and out of the building via the West staircase. Any mess caused by pets in the common parts or on balconies must immediately be cleaned by the resident responsible.

GJW Get-togethers

GJW holds two receptions annually, at Christmas and in the Summer, in the foyer, to which all residents are invited. These are convivial opportunities to get to know your fellow residents and neighbours.
