Great Jubilee Wharf (GJW) is a unique apartment block, converted in 1997 by unifying three mid-nineteenth century warehouses (Jubilee Wharf, Lusk’s Wharf and Lower Oliver’s Wharf) into 30 apartments over five floors. It has a Grade II listing, with both the exterior and some of the interior being protected; many remnants of its earlier life are evident throughout the building.
